As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll report to the Human Resources Business Partner and be part of a dynamic team of 5. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales function within the Consumer Products Division, ensuring that HR strategies align with business goals. - Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.

- Change Management: Assist in driving organizational changes and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with sales leaders to align HR strategies with business needs.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws.
