A Day in the Life
As the Head of Transformation Manager within our Business Development team, you’ll be at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making and shaping the future of L’Oréal Luxe in Poland. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll lead a small but impactful team (1-2 direct reports) and collaborate closely with commercial and marketing teams to connect the dots between data, strategy, and execution.
Your role will be pivotal in transforming how we use data to make decisions, ensuring that insights are not just numbers but actionable strategies that drive growth. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools like Power BI and lead the professionalization of our Luxe data team.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Strategic Vision & Planning
- Build category visions and action plans based on shopper, consumer, and market data.
- Lead the business planning process, including trends analysis and budget preparation.
- Develop selective market projections, including market share targets and tracking.
Data-Driven Insights & Recommendations
- Aggregate and analyze market knowledge, with a special focus on sell-out panels delivered by external agencies (e.g., Nielsen, Market Vector).
- Track the efficiency of business drivers and create actionable recommendations for commercial and marketing teams.
- Identify data needs of internal stakeholders and deliver best-in-class tools powered by the latest tech solutions, such as Power BI.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and professionalize the Luxe data team, ensuring key business recommendations are concluded and communicated effectively.
- Be a trusted business partner for the General Manager, commercial, and marketing teams, connecting the dots between data and strategy.
- Drive the division’s transformation towards decision-making based on data analysis.
Collaboration & Influence
- Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Brand Account Managers (BAMs) to plan and roll out business development plans.
- Speak up and challenge the status quo, ensuring that insights are not just shared but acted upon.
