As the Head of E-Commerce & Selective Retail for the Professional Products Division in Warsaw, you will be the architect of our omnichannel commerce future. Reporting to the Sales Omnichannel Director, you will lead the development and execution of our sales strategy across digital and selective physical touchpoints, ensuring a seamless, premium consumer journey. You will be responsible for the full P&L, driving our business to new heights by blending the precision of e-commerce with the immersive experience of high-end retail.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for e-commerce and selective retail to achieve sales targets. You will ensure that the digital shelf and physical points of sale work in harmony to elevate the brand's prestige and accessibility.
  • Architect the E-Commerce Ecosystem: Build and scale a transformative approach to online sales across a fragmented market landscape. You will be responsible for defining tailored value propositions and commercial frameworks for:
      • Marketplaces: Managing brand equity and price consistency while leveraging platform-specific tools for visibility
      • Pure Players: Driving high-velocity growth through advanced data integration and supply chain excellence.
      • E-Retailers: Partnering with traditional retailers to accelerate their digital transformation and maximize our "share of shelf" online
  • Elevate Retail Experience: Oversee the Selective Retail channel as a primary destination for consumer experience. You will define how our brands come to life in physical spaces, ensuring that the service, storytelling, and environment reflect the professional DNA of our division.
  • Lead Commercial Performance: Take full ownership of the P&L for both e-commerce and selective retail channels. You will set ambitious sales goals, manage budgets, and steer initiatives that maximize growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Master International Negotiations: Lead high-stakes commercial and business negotiations with major international players and key retailers. You will build long-term, strategic partnerships that secure our competitive advantage and drive mutual growth.
  • Optimize the Journey: Manage assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies across all platforms. You will oversee platform performance and retail execution to ensure a best-in-class customer journey, from the first click to the final in-store interaction.
  • Build & Convert: Lead the creation of conversion-focused content and leverage digital media, including retail media, to build brand equity and drive high-quality traffic across all channels.
