- Apply L'Oréal Group’s regulatory affairs strategy and help implement regulations, notably for cosmetics and chemicals, in product development and marketing.
- Provide technical and regulatory support throughout the product lifecycle, from initial research to final marketing
- Supervise compilation of regulatory reports in line with quality standards and deadlines
- Represent the company within technical groups run by professional associations
- Monitor scientific and technical-regulatory monitoring to identify changes in regulations and assess their impact on company activities
- Contribute to improving or developing information systems for business lines
- Contribute to cross-disciplinary projects initiated within the technical-regulatory network
- Provide local validation of different communication aids
- Bachelor's degree, master degree is preferred (any of technical areas: chemistry, bio-chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical)
- Proficient skills in MS Office, Excel
- Proficient language skills in English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written
- Being able to work independently, goal – driven
- Being able to work with cross functional team, in a diverse cultural environment with collaborative spirit and foster the collaboration among functions to ensure the collective performance.
- Have more than 3 years of working experience preferably in regulatory affairs area, no prior healthcare experience required
- Possess a good understanding of Vietnam regulatory policies, able to be trained, high level of commitment
