YOUR FUTURE TEAM 


Our Global HR Tech Team manages a set of digital services for employees, managers, and HR teams all around the world. 

As our HRIS Senior Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the “Run" of our global HR Core system powered by SuccessFactors. You will be the team’s anchor, ensuring our systems run flawlessly while fostering a friendly, collaborative, and continuous-learning environment across our global network. 

  • System Run & Support Leadership: You will oversee the daily operations, system stability, and release management of our SuccessFactors modules. Instead of just chasing deadlines, you’ll focus on user experience, system health, and guiding your team to resolve complex queries with a patient, helpful, and solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Continuous Optimization & Expertise: Act as the ultimate "go-to" guide for SuccessFactors. You’ll analyze system performance, identify areas for continuous improvement, and consult on how to optimize existing modules so they work for our employees, not against them. 
  • Empowering Stakeholder Partnerships: You will build strong, trust-based relationships with global HR teams, IT support networks, and external partners. Your goal is to translate technical jargon into friendly, actionable advice, turning every support interaction into an opportunity to delight and empower our users. 


THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have: 

  • A Master’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in HRIS project management, with a focus on SuccessFactors, experience with Time Off is a real plus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. 
  • Fluency in English
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for driving impactful projects.
