A Day in the Life


As our HR Advisor for L'Oréal Luxe Retail, you'll be at the heart of our people operations, supporting our dynamic teams across the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be the go-to expert for our retail managers and Beauty Advisors, providing advice and support that embodies the excellence of our luxury brands.


Be a Strategic Partner: You will coach and guide retail line managers through the full spectrum of employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases, ensuring fairness and consistency.

Champion Our People: From managing day-to-day HR queries to supporting the onboarding of new talent, you will be a visible and trusted presence, fostering a positive and inclusive culture across our retail stores.

Drive HR Excellence: You will manage and ensure the accuracy of HR data and payroll information for our retail teams, working closely with central teams to guarantee our people are supported correctly and on time.

Enable Business Growth: You'll support key HR projects and initiatives, from talent development to employee engagement, contributing directly to the success of our prestigious Luxe brands in a fast-paced retail environment.

You have proven HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site retail or customer-facing environment.

You are confident in managing complex employee relations cases with empathy and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach.

You possess a keen eye for detail, particularly when handling sensitive HR data and processes.

You are a natural relationship builder, able to communicate effectively and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.

You have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic setting.
