The Role:

  • Responsible for leading, defining and executing the holistic e-Commerce strategy across all L'Oréal CPD brands within the BNL region
  • In charge of delivering KPI’s across all 1P and 3P online sales channels and platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey and fostering a significant mindset shift towards digital-first engagement among internal teams, retail partners, and consumers. In close alignment with CDO, CPD Zone and multi-divisional teams
  • Leading the division and her brands at high speed into new e-commerce territories which are of very strategic importance for the division future growth
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operational excellence of our e-commerce retailers, such as turnover management, credit, budgeting and back office
  • The role reports directly to the Commercial Director


Your Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute the e-commerce vision for BNL into omnichannel strategies for the CPD Division.
  • E-commerce Footprint: Expansion of the divisions’ footprint in E-commerce BNL landscape
  • Digital Transformation: Drive innovation and operational change for a seamless customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Establish robust reporting for data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across all digital channels.
  • Lead & Negotiate: Be in the lead of annual negotiations with e-commerce partner and deliver sustainable business results
  • Best Practice Sharing: Engage with the global and regional e-commerce community to foster knowledge exchange and collaboration, ensuring L'Oréal CPD BNL remains at the forefront of digital excellence.


Your Profile

  • Education: You hold a Master’s degree.
  • Experience: You have 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce or commercial roles.
  • Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of French is considered a distinct advantage.
  • Strategic Vision: You develop and implement a data-driven e-commerce strategy with measurable results, specifically tailored for the luxury beauty sector.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Constantly exploring and initiating new bold bets within the e-commerce context.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders at all levels, including brand teams, retail partners, and global e-commerce functions.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals in a dynamic digital environment.
  • Data Analysis: You make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and identify new opportunities in 1P and 3P models.
  • Innovation Mindset: You continuously drive innovation and adapt agilely to new technologies and evolving consumer behaviors in the beauty landscape.
