Join our Global Tax team as Operations Tax Director and be part of our work to unlock value and drive transformation.

Here’s how you will have a role to play in this team: As a key strategic partner and a member of the Global Tax Management Committee, you will steer the tax strategy for a dynamic and complex global scope. Reporting to the Group Tax Director with a functional line to the Operations CFO, you will:

Drive the Operations tax strategy: Define and implement the tax policy (direct, indirect, and environmental taxes) for our 45 factories and global supply chain, including complex logistics flows that support our O+O (online + offline) sales processes.

Act as a business partner: Provide expert tax advice and support on major Operations transformation projects, working closely with business, finance, legal, and IT teams.

Ensure compliance and optimization: Secure risk management and optimize tax processes related to cross-border supply chain and goods flows (VAT, transfer pricing, customs), with a specific focus on the challenges presented by our O+O model.

Lead through influence: Animate a global network of experts and exercise influential leadership to align strategic and operational decisions with tax imperatives.

The skills that you will need to make an impact:

• 10 to 15 years of substantial experience in an international, operational environment, with a strong focus on supply chain and logistics tax issues, particularly in an O+O retail context.
• Solid expertise in international flow taxation (Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing).
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with and convince senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent agility for working in a cross-functional, project-based mode.
• Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.
