A Day in the Life As a Senior Finance SeedZ, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, reporting to a senior financial leader and collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams. This program is meticulously designed to accelerate your career by immersing you in key financial functions, providing hands-on experience and strategic oversight. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Elevate Financial Acumen: Gain a deep understanding of L'Oréal's financial ecosystem, including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic financial planning across various business units.
• Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with business leaders, internal stakeholders, and external partners to provide critical financial insights that influence strategic decisions and optimize financial performance.
• Refine Financial Control & Risk Management: Contribute to strengthening financial controls, ensuring compliance, and assessing financial risks to safeguard the company's assets and strategic objectives.
• Analyze and Optimize: Leverage advanced financial modeling and data analytics to identify trends, forecast financial outcomes, evaluate investment opportunities, and develop strategies for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Deliver Impactful Results: Take ownership of complex financial projects, lead initiatives, and contribute directly to achieving ambitious financial targets and long-term sustainable growth.

We Are Looking For You’re a great match for this role if you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related quantitative field.
• +3 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a similar senior finance role, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or large multinational environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
