Here’s what you’ll be working on:

In your first months, your main mission will be mastering the financial engine behind our business. You’ll work closely with finance managers and controllers, taking charge of reporting, closing activities, and analytics that keep our brand operations agile and profitable.

• Financial Closing & P&L / Cash Flow: Support monthly financial closing processes and consolidation within P&L and Cash Flow management frameworks.
• Treasury & Liquidity Monitoring: Regularly track, monitor, and analyze company cash inflows and operational expenses.
• Operational & Audit Support: Prepare payment documentation and assemble financial data required for internal and external audit processes.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in P&L budgeting cycles, rolling forecasts, and Cash Flow projection models.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Logistics teams to validate financial inputs and maintain budget control across projects.
• Data-Driven Business Insights: Analyze financial metrics and prepare structured analytical reports to help business leaders make informed decisions.

Who You Are

We are looking for analytical thinkers with a passion for numbers, high attention to detail, and a strong drive to understand the financial mechanics of a global FMCG business.

• Senior-year student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related quantitative fields.
• Exceptional logical thinking, high comfort working with complex datasets, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Confident handling financial data in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical & financial formulas) with an eagerness to master corporate ERPs (SAP) and advanced analytics.
• Proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented — taking full pride in the accuracy and precision of financial outputs.
• Intermediate (B1+) or higher level of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
