A DAY IN THE LIFE
As an Education Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our educational mission, collaborating with some of the world's greatest hairdressers and nurturing talent within your dedicated territory. Your days will be vibrant and varied, encompassing responsibilities such as:
- Delivering Inspirational Education: You'll design and lead engaging, cutting-edge courses for salons within your territory, as well as at our state-of-the-art Regional Venues or hubs.
- Collaborating with Industry Leaders: You'll work hand-in-hand with leading names in the hairdressing industry, sharing your profound passion for colour, retail strategies, and superior client service to elevate the entire professional sector.
- Developing Innovative Programmes: You'll be instrumental in developing new course programmes and exciting projects, continuously enhancing our business offerings and elevating the standard of professional education.
- Driving Growth with Entrepreneurial Spirit: With an entrepreneurial mindset, you'll set ambitious goals, proactively overcome challenges, and consistently exceed expectations, always seeking opportunities for innovation.

WHO YOU ARE
You'll thrive in this impactful role if you possess a unique blend of technical mastery, commercial awareness, and an unwavering passion for education. Specifically, you will have:
- Proven Education Expertise: Extensive experience delivering high-quality technical workshops, dynamic presentations, and engaging classes within the hairdressing industry.
- Advanced Hairdressing Qualifications: Hold NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications (or equivalent) in hairdressing, complemented by advanced and comprehensive colour expertise.
- Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of commercial drivers within the salon environment and a genuine passion for selling solutions that benefit our partners.
- Exceptional Communication & Confidence: Outstanding confidence and technical competence, coupled with superb communication skills that enable you to connect and inspire diverse audiences.
- A Talent for Mentorship: A proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop people, fostering growth and confidence in others.
- Organisational & Adaptability Skills: Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt seamlessly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Mobility & Technical Proficiency: A full, clean UK Driving License and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
