YOUR FUTURE TEAM

Join our Beauty Tech team as an Executive Assistant supporting the Ops&Fin platform’s CIO in Aulnay-Sous-Bois. Here's the role you'll play on this team:

A true pillar of the IT platform, you will assist the CIO in managing a global team of +400 people and a local team of 175, ensuring smooth operations and coordination across projects, events, and daily activities.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and manage CIO’s calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and priority alignment in a fast-paced, global IT environment.
  • Plan and execute global and local events, such as seminars, online/offline conferences, and team gatherings for up to +400 participants. Ensure flawless logistics, stakeholder communication, and follow-up.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare presentations, manage expense reports, and coordinate IT/phone requests.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the CIO, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication at all levels.
  • Anticipate challenges, manage unforeseen events, and propose solutions to maintain smooth operations.
  • Take ownership of transversal projects, such as organizing global IT seminars or coordinating cross-functional initiatives. Track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
  • Support the CIO in managing IT-related tasks, such as coordinating with tech teams, tracking project updates, and ensuring alignment with the IT platform’s strategic goals.
