WHAT YOU’LL DO
E-COMMERCE GROWTH STRATEGY
- Define brands’ ecommerce strategy, catalogue, analyze industry trends, and develop localized e-commerce recommendations to influence brand activation strategies across all digital touchpoints
- Develop and implement plans to increase online sales, market share, and brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive healthy & sustainable online P&L
NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH & BRAND ACTIVATION
- Lead launch campaigns & brand activations in all ecommerce levers for new products, ensuring impactful and efficient visibility & engagement on the platforms
- Understanding the e-shopper by online behavior, needs, and preferences to create a seamless and personalized e-commerce experience that drives sales and satisfaction.
- Lead content excellency in all levers
TRANSACTIONAL & RETAIL MEDIA INVESTMENT EXPERTISE
- Manage and work with relevant teams to optimize media campaigns on platforms to drive sales and e-commerce market share growth.
- Utilize platform-specific advertising tools and strategies to reach target audiences.

- 4 years’ university degree
- Min 3 years of experience in relevant area
- Strong analytical problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
- Growth mindset and results driven
- Innovative, ambitious, and able to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills in English
