A Day in the Life:

As an E-Key Account Manager in our Consumer Products Division, you will be instrumental in driving our e-commerce success. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you will be fully dedicated to managing and developing the strategic partnership with one of our most important e-retail clients, focusing on boosting sales and profitability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute customer-centric joint business plans, creating a strong partnership with your e-retailers and aligning on growth targets. You'll be responsible for the full P&L of your accounts, including sell-in, sell-out, and market share growth.
  • Performance & Analytics: Continuously monitor account performance against business objectives. You will analyze data to provide accurate forecasts, identify trends, and proactively develop alternative strategies when needed.
  • Negotiation & Activation: Independently prepare and lead the annual negotiation process. You will create and implement a comprehensive activation plan, leveraging all growth levels from commercial agreements and assortment management (with a focus on "Hero" products) to e-merchandising and marketing actions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for your accounts, fostering strong relationships with internal teams like Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and RGM to ensure seamless execution and achieve shared goals.

We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate is an excellent negotiator and relationship-builder, capable of working autonomously to drive business forward.

To be a great match, you should have:

  •  University degree, preferably in an economic or technical field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG, ideally in Sales, Key Account Management, or a similar role.
  • Mandatory extensive knowledge of e-commerce and a solid understanding of the P&L process.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Key competencies for success include Ambition, Resilience, Analytical skills, Empathy, and Learning Agility. You are a problem-solver with great organizational skills and a strategic, ethical approach to business. A category B driver's license held for at least two years is also required.
