A Day in the Life
As E-commerce Activation Manager, you will be a key driver of our online success for the Consumer Products Division. You will be at the heart of our e-commerce engine, shaping strategy and executing campaigns that capture the attention of millions of consumers and drive our digital growth.
Your main responsibilities will be organized around three key areas:
- Activation Strategy & Execution:
- Design and deploy the activation strategy for our e-commerce customers, building and planning traffic generation campaigns to meet sales targets.
- Manage the go-to-market plan for all e-commerce events, maximizing our brands' presence and collaborating with brand and commercial teams to ensure strategic priorities are met.
- Create compelling visual assets and social media content for major promotional events and cross-brand campaigns.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Take ownership of the e-commerce activation budget, using analytical tools to arbitrate investments and maximize ROI.
- Continuously analyze media and activation performance, steering core growth levers like bundling and basket uplift to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Monitor and constantly improve our digital shelf health to deliver a best-in-class shopper experience.
- Shopper Experience & Collaboration:
- Lead the channel's shopper activation plan, working closely with e-KAMs to optimize assortment, promotions, and mechanics.
- Make data-driven decisions using customer data and market insights to refine the activation strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize the full-funnel consumer journey and lead multi-functional initiatives that align E-KAMs, Digital, and Brand teams.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a driven and analytical individual with a strong commercial mindset, who can translate strategy into impactful online activations. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled at managing multiple stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals.
- You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce, Trade Marketing, or a Digital Performance role, ideally within the FMCG or beauty industry.
- You possess a solid understanding of e-retail algorithms and have experience working with various e-retail platforms.
- Your analytical skills are excellent, allowing you to make sharp, data-driven decisions that optimize performance and ROI.
- You are a natural collaborator, capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders to successfully bring campaigns to life.
- You are fluent in English and hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
