A Day in the Life

As E-Business Planning Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital acceleration, leading the end-to-end business planning process for our e-commerce channels. You will translate our strategic online ambitions into robust, data-driven forecasts, working closely with the E-commerce, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive performance and unlock growth opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Steer Strategic Planning:Develop and guide the online business planning process for all e-commerce channels, including Shopee and TikTok Shop, integrating customer and promotional strategies.
• Drive Data-Driven Forecasting:Own the bottom-up sales forecast for all online channels, analyzing sell-in/sell-out data toidentifyrisks, opportunities, and key growth drivers.
• OptimizeSource of Salesin particular brand-owned channels:Leveragemultiple sources ofdata toprovideactionable insightsin particularbrand livestreams, brand videosconsulting with teams to drive business results.
• Foster Collaboration:Lead monthly alignment meetings with Online, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align on topline ambitions, new product launches, and gap-closing initiatives.

• Strong experience in business planning, demand planning, or a commercial role with an e-commerce focus.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into concrete actions.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
