Digital E-commerce Operations Apprentice – Professional Product Division

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Digital E-commerce Operations Apprentice, you will be reporting into the B2B E-Commerce Operations Manager and be responsible for the smooth running of promotions, pricing and customer information on L'Oréal Partner Shop for some of our brands. You will be highly organised, pro-active and detail oriented as you work closely with multiple teams to ensure the website is set up correctly for each business cycle in the UK and Ireland. With strong problem-solving skills, you will also be the point of contact for Customer Care, Commercial Support teams and Marketing with any issues related to order flows, product set up or promotion queries.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES COULD INCLUDE:
Website Maintenance
- Review business cycle briefing documents for your brands to make sure the proposed promotion mechanics are feasible and share any challenges to address collectively.
- Create campaigns, promotions and coupons for your brands in the Business Manager system ensuring they will be visible to the correct customers and the call-out messaging on site is clear. Complete asset and content for promotional display.
- Create bundle products and enrich complimentary products with the correct information in the Business Manager when included as part of a promotion. Upload images relating to promo free bundles.
- Preview and test all changes made in the Business Manager so that we go live smoothly.
- Create and maintain customer allocations and PLV campaigns in the Business Manager system.
- Ensure all cycle promotions are disabled accordingly in line with the end of the cycle.
- Test strategic initiatives on LPS in-line with business priorities monthly.
- Ensure all manual order forms are updated accordingly for specific customers in SFCC.
- Set up BP allocations for specific brand.
SAP:
- Work closely with Supply Planning to ensure material determination is set up correctly on products and advise if incorrect pack set up.
- Maintain RRP site.
- Ensure advise Marketing and Pricing Team of any missing list prices in SAP.
- Ensure all customer master data is correct if issues arise from SAP incorrect data.
Other:
- Be the point of contact for the Commercial Support and Customer Care teams for queries relating to customer information, orders, promotions and pricing for your brands.
- Raise SNOW tickets for any issues identified on site and test proposed any fixes.
- Respond to any B2B Ecommerce Operations Emails within a timely manner.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- To influence and manage stakeholders from many levels of the organisation.
- To analyse and interpret data to create the optimal customer segmentation for promos and pricing on LPS.
