As a Demand & Supply Planner for our Luxe Division, you will be at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring that the most prestigious beauty brands are available to our consumers across Spain and Portugal. Reporting to the Supply Chain team, you will be instrumental in predicting market trends and driving business performance.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Forecasting Excellence: Build and manage sales forecasts for our luxury brands, analyzing historical data and market intelligence to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborative Planning: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to align on promotional activities, new product launches, and strategic business goals.
• Supply Excellence: Build our stock strategy following our ultimate forecasts to ensure availability for our clients and the utmost success of our business.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor forecast performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities to optimize inventory and service levels.
• System Management: Utilize our planning tools, including SAP, to maintain data integrity and streamline forecasting processes.

• You hold an Engineering degree or a related field.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English.
