WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop a Corporate RGM framework that integrates data, tools, processes and best practices for long-term success.
- Responsible for Market RGM initiatives list across RGM levers (Brand Pricing, Pack-Price Architecture, Active Mix Management, Promotion Management, Trade Terms, Net Price consistency), based on largest opportunities identified and crystalized in budget
- Drive RGM Analyses to identify valorization opportunities, together with cross- divisional RGM & Commercial teams
- Conduct Revenue Management analyses with multifunctional teams, provide input to relevant stakeholders and design proper tools of RGM performance
- Works on Gross to Net P&L for account/product specific actions to analyze offer’s feasibility
- Plays a key role in developing realistic revenue forecasts by analyzing historical data, current market conditions, and planned initiatives to project future revenue streams in line with corporate goals.
- Upskill internal teams to leverage RGM capabilities and follow industry trends, recommend new strategies to future-proof the RGM model.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), preferably in FMCG
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to drive long-term revenue growth and develop new business models
- Problem-Solving Ability: Can analyze complex problems and provide data-driven recommendations
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Works effectively with cross-divisional teams
- Innovation & Adaptability: Keeps up with emerging e-commerce trends and technologies and interested in AI/ML-driven pricing tools and predictive analytics is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English.
