KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Commercial Coordinator, you will work closely with managers in the following areas Key Account Managers, Trade Marketing and Marketing teams, will be involved in most team processes, be responsible for administrative and analytical tasks as well as working on joint commercial and divisional projects.
- Work in the document flow of the key account management team (invoices, acts, contracts, specifications, promotional applications, etc.), controlling and coordinating the stages of signing and distribution of documents
- Preparing analytical reports
- Support the commercial team in the organization of customer events and individual projects.
- Prepare internal events for the commercial team
- Participate in the preparation of incentive programs for key clients
- Work with internal financial tools - issuing purchase orders, closing requests and invoices for payment

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Completed university education, experience in retail marketing/commerce an advantage
- Responsibility, attention to detail, high level of accuracy when working with numbers
- Easy to build relationships in a team, able to prove and present your ideas
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a multi-tasking mode
- English Upper-Intermediate
