Are you ready to turn sustainability commitments into measurable business impact? Join us to lead Circularity for the Nordics in Copenhagen - you’ll shape regional programmes, mobilise cross functional teams and suppliers, and deliver real reductions in waste and carbon!
Your mission
As the Circularity Manager you will lead the Circularity pillar for the Nordics, reporting to the Sustainability Director within the corporate sustainability team. You will translate the L’Oréal for the Future 2030 commitments into regional programmes, KPIs and measurable outcomes - driving POS eco design and bad-stock management, reducing finished goods waste, scaling refills, coordinating EPR, and mobilising suppliers and cross functional teams using LCA insights to deliver measurable impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
POINT-OF-SALE (POS) Material: Lead the new critical initiative to manage bad stock and eco-design POS materials in order to reduce downstream carbon footprint, by establishing new protocols and communicating clear KPI targets. Stay in close communication with the global team to share updates, learn about best practices, and ensure progress towards KPI targets.
NO WASTE Trajectory: Lead the established initiative to reduce finished goods destruction through optimized prevention and re-monetization strategies, by working closely with key functions at divisions. Manage and implement Friends & Family sales twice per year.
REFILLS: Support Sustainability Director to drive towards the Group’s ambition to make refills the new normal, reducing plastic and carbon emissions. Monitor progress towards the KPI targets with the divisions, and assist with multi-division activations.
EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY (EPR): Coordinate Nordic country efforts to comply with existing and upcoming packaging regulations. Serve as a central contact, working closely with EPR managers in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Provide vital insights for Global teams to drive optimized packaging development.
