A Day In The Life:

As a Business Planner, you will be the cornerstone of our commercial planning for the Professional Products Division. Your mission is to transform complex data into actionable insights, ensuring full alignment between market demand and our operational capacity to maximize business success and profitability.

• Strategic Commercial Planning: You will lead the consolidation of the sales forecast (Sell-In, Sell-Out, promotions, and launches), integrating insights from the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams while anticipating risks and opportunities.
• Business Intelligence & Analysis: You will develop performance dashboards and reports to identify key trends. You will also monitor the success of our product launches to optimize future innovations.
• Collaboration & Operational Excellence: You will work closely with the Supply Chain team to improve forecast accuracy and maximize our customer service level, integrating data to drive value.
• Leadership in Transformation Projects: You will guide the implementation of strategic business transformation projects, acting as the main liaison between global and local teams.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for an individual with a strong analytical and results-oriented mindset, skilled at turning data into business strategy. Your ability to collaborate across functions and communicate complex ideas simply will be key to your success.

• University degree in a field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in demand planning or business analysis processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and generate strategic insights.
• Project Management: Skill in leading initiatives from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes.
