In this role as a Business Consultant, you will be the strategic business partner for our Professional Products Division's L'Oréal Professionnel and Kérastase salon network. Based in the Brisbane City to Brisbane North and Cairns - Townsville, you will report to the Regional Manager, drive business growth, and empower our partners to succeed.

• Drive Sales & Growth: You will achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing and growing an established client base while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: By fostering strong relationships, you will add value to our partners' businesses, assisting their growth through professional marketing support and presenting new promotional activities.
• Manage Your Territory: You will work autonomously to cover the Brisbane city to North , with regional travel required to Cairns -Townsville, and use our CRM system for effective administration and reporting.

We Are Looking For

• Sales & Business Acumen: Experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Hair Care or FMCG industry. A Cert III in hairdressing is highly desirable.
• Negotiation: You have the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at a high level.
• Relationship Building: You excel at creating and maintaining strong, value-adding partnerships with clients.
• Results-Driven: You are focused on achieving targets and delivering strong performance.
• Autonomy: You are able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and take initiative to meet new people and open new accounts.
