Brand Business Lead

The Mission: We are looking for a  leader to take the responsibility for the launch of a new professional brand on the Polish market. As a Brand Business Lead, you will be the architect of the brand’s local success, owning everything from the 3-year strategic vision to the final translation of a product description. This is a unique opportunity to act as an "entrepreneur within a corporation," building a brand from the ground up while leveraging the power of L’Oréal.

Your Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Market Entry Strategy: Define the strategic direction and the 3-year marketing plan. You will take ownership of international launches, creating the right "angle of attack" to build integrated, engaging consumer experiences locally.
  • P&L & Budget Management: Full accountability for the brand’s financial health, including sales forecasts, pricing strategy, and profitability.
  • People Management: Lead, coach, and develop your team, starting with 1 direct report- Advocacy Manager. You will foster a culture of empowerment and cooperation.
  • Stakeholder Mobilization: mobilizing departments (Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance) and partner agencies to ensure a flawless execution of the broader business strategy.
  • Innovation: Spot market insights and trends to find the best local angle to activate the brand

Your Operational & "Hands-on" Responsibilities:

  • Operational Execution: You are the guardian of the brand's daily operations. This includes managing translations, issuing Purchase Orders (PO), and ensuring all administrative processes are on track.
  • Content & E-commerce Mastery: You will personally oversee the adaptation and preparation of brand content, with a heavy focus on E-commerce assets (PDPs, A+ content, SEO-ready descriptions) to ensure the brand shines on every digital shelf.
  • Omnichannel Marketing Mix: Lead the adaptation of communication across all touchpoints (Digital, Retail, Social) ensuring consistency in imagery and messaging.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in Marketing / Brand Management (experience in launching new brands/products is a major plus).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a People Manager, with a passion for coaching and development.
  • Strong background in Digital, E-commerce, and Advocacy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage operational complexity (budgets, POs, content pipelines).
  • Proficient English and Polish
