A. Main responsibilities, deliverables and contribution of this job to L’Oréal VN

· Plan and optimize Sales & Traffic sources for Brand Content (livestreams & videos)

o Liaising with Commercial to understand monthly brand content build up & will be accountable for daily livestream target planning

o Track, Monitor & recommend the source of traffic for brand content

· Building Engagement & Conversion

o Branded livestreams script creation & implementation

o Script performance analysis & optimization

o Conceptualise content productions for brand.

· Build & develop with Brand Livestreamers

o Monthly evaluation & knowledge testing of livestreamers

o Streamers, schedule plotting, target cascading, briefing & supervision

o Support streamers with the right tools

· Building Livestreams and video operations excellence

o Optimise process before, during and post mortem for livestreams

o Optimise brand content during key campaigns on platforms (Shopee and TikTok Shop)

o Optimise content production for brand channels.

· People management

o Supervise and lead the Livestreamer team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to enhance their performance and productivity.

o Oversee the Customer Service team, ensuring that customer inquiries, issues, and requests are handled promptly and professionally.

· Talent Recruitment & Development:

o Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new Brand Streamers and Customer Service agents.

o Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

o Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within both teams.

o Implement training programs and initiatives to enhance the capabilities of Livestreamers and Customer Service agents.


B / Most important qualifications, background and experience:

· People management

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to set and track KPIs to ensure team performance.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field (preferred)

· Strong understanding of digital & content and social commerce

o In tune with social digital sphere trends

o Proficient understanding of digital performance analytics, Ecom platform & Livestream environment

o Proven experience in Ecom platforms/Ecom team of Brands

· Passion for brands & developing brands

o Thinks brand strategy and understand mass beauty market

o Imagines disruptive ways to drive livestreams

o Strong understanding of consumer and communications

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Power BI reading
