A Day in the Life
As the Brand Engagement Specialist for Lancôme Makeup & Fragrances, you will be the voice of the brand, orchestrating our connection with Canadian consumers. Joining our dynamic marketing team in Montreal, you will own the 360-degree planning and activation across all channels, ensuring Lancôme’s luxurious image and tone of voice are consistently and powerfully represented.
- Lead 360° Brand Campaigns: You will develop and execute holistic engagement strategies, collaborating with brand marketing, activation, and e-commerce teams to create seamless consumer journeys from awareness to purchase. You'll align all teams on key calendar moments and drive-to campaigns.
- Drive Media & Content Excellence: In partnership with our media agency, you will brief, plan, and optimize media investments across all channels. You’ll oversee the localization of global assets, analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI, and ensure our content resonates with the Canadian consumer.
- Amplify through Advocacy & Influence: You will shape our influencer strategy, manage relationships with our creator squad, and oversee paid partnerships to build authentic brand love. This includes collaborating on the influencer activation calendar and managing event planning.
- Manage Key Relationships & Budgets: You will be the main point of contact for our media and A&I agencies, ensuring clear briefs and tracking progress. You will also have ownership of the media and advocacy budgets, ensuring effective and efficient allocation.

- A strong foundation in 360-degree marketing planning and media strategy.
- Proven experience in managing owned, earned, and paid media channels.
- In-depth knowledge of the advocacy and creator economy landscape.
- Excellent project and budget management skills.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
