A Day in the Life
As a (Junior) Brand Activation Manager in our Luxury Division, you’ll be at the heart of creating exceptional trade marketing campaigns for iconic beauty brands in the Czech and Slovakian markets. Reporting to the Senior Brand Activation Manager, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure best-in-class execution across both offline and online channels.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • 360 Campaign Execution: Bring luxury beauty brands to life through trade marketing strategies tailored for perfumeries and e-retailers.
  • POS & Online Assets: Manage the creation of POS materials and online assets, ensuring alignment with international brand guidelines and budgets.
  • Brand Visibility: Oversee permanent and temporary brand appearances in stores, on shelves, and across e-retailer platforms.
  • Gifting & Generosity Plans: Administer gifting programs and brand tools to meet animation objectives and consumer targets.
  • Event Planning: Organize special promo events in stores and shopping malls to captivate consumers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Activation, Product, and Engagement teams, as well as Sales, Retail Design, Logistics, and Field teams.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the ROI of trade campaigns and promotional events.
  • Budget Management: Handle POS and gifting budgets, including purchase order creation and administration.

We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
  • Hold a university degree.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in trade marketing.
  • Are fluent in Czech or Slovak and English.
  • Are advanced in Excel, with basic graphic design skills as a plus.
  • Have a sensitivity to luxury brands, fashion, and trends.
  • Are detail-oriented, proactive, and consumer-focused.
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
