Your mission…  

As our Beauty Advisor on the Oslo-Kiel ferries, departing from Oslo, your mission is to provide brand standard counseling service to customers to achieve sales target. 

 You will…

1. Provide personalized beauty consultations, offering expert advice and building genuine connections with customers.
2. Share your passion for our products, educating customers on their unique benefits  and be able to demonstrate fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques
3. Exceed sales goals by actively engaging customers, promoting products, and providing outstanding service.
4. Ensure our displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
5. Maintaining the counter/store quality and merchandising: maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store, merchandising, ensure on shelf product availability
6. Responsible to acknowledge/record all customer complain and issues.
7. Report to the Retail Business Manager useful information about competition, clients or all other key events occurring at POS

You are…

1. Passionate about the beauty industry and have a strong interest in cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
3. Service minded, proactive and energetic, with a desire to exceed sales targets.
4. Flexible and able to work various shifts, staying on board two nights in a row and working 2 weekends per month.
5. Fluent in Norwegian and English. If you also speak German it’s an advantage.
6. Has strong communication skills and enjoys working in a diverse team 

We are looking for our Beauty Advisor to start as soon as possible. The employment is permanent and the position is based on ferries departing from Oslo.
