A Day in the Life
As a Part-Time Beauty Advisor for our L'Oréal Luxe Outlet in Richmond, you will be the face of our prestigious brands, creating exceptional and personalized experiences for every client. You will be a key player in a dynamic team, driving the success of our iconic beauty portfolio.
In this role, you will:
- Create Luxury Experiences: Provide expert beauty advice and personalized consultations across our portfolio of Luxe brands, including Lancôme, YSL, and Giorgio Armani.
- Drive Retail Excellence: Contribute to achieving team sales targets through your product knowledge and passion for beauty.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Share the unique story and benefits of our products, demonstrating application techniques and building lasting client relationships.
- Maintain Store Presence: Ensure the counter is always immaculate and that our visual merchandising reflects the highest standards of luxury.
