What will you do?

The Customer & Vendor  Master Data Manager is responsible for.

 

  • Support business for customer master data creation and enrichment
  • Ensure master data are delivered on time, in full to business teams based on information provided
  • Ensure data quality at expected level by executing completeness and consistency checks on relevant catalog
  • Create powerful relationship with data owners to ensure data quality at source
  • Ensure Key Quality Indicators are followed and at target level
  • Ensure CoO teams availability to participate to projects
  • Manage a team of Master Data Specialists

 

Creation and update

  • Ensure Customer Master Data standards and governance processes are followed
  • Support business for Data creation or Data update for cases requiring arbitration
  • Manage Master Data Specialist activity levels and workload

Monitoring

  • Support the definition of Key Quality Indicators (KQI) and their implementation 
  • Specify reports to be used by Data specialists
  • Raise identified issues to Data owners 
  • Manage and coordinates operational Master Data maintenance activities
  • Manage and coordinate Master Data Incident specialist team

 

Continuous improvement

  • Implement standards and data governance processes 
  • Support Delivery Excellence Community and Knowledge team to develop training materials 
  • Support Data management projects
  • Contribute to root cause analysis for recurring incidents
  • Help to define continuous improvement initiative
  • Communicate with the Performance Manager to identify process improvement

 

 

Who we are looking for

  • At least 5-8 years in experience in Customer & Vendor Master Data Management
  • Entrepreneurship, able to enlarge its scope with new data
  • Previous knowledge on SAP and/or MDM tool is a plus 
  • Previous experience in Supply or Operation or Sale is a plus
  • Able to shape structured and summarized presentations to get traction and action
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking
  • Team empowerment, workload management
