WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You will define and implement division frame and KPI ambitions
  • You’ll drive Onefluence agency success and streamline business reporting
  • You’ll sustain strong alignment with Multidivisonal Teams’ objectives, compliance and reporting
  • You’ll generate strong internal stakeholder engagement at all levels on the transformation journey
  • You’ll guide brands and functions in executing high value work
  • You’ll drive innovation and thought leadership
  • You’ll generate valuable audience and community insights via collaborations with Multidiv, CMI or external partners
  • You’ll own the relationship with key agencies, monitoring tools and platform providers
  • You’ll drive productivity and efficiency via strong coordination of key multi-brand projects and synergies
  • You’ll consistently identify areas to improve spend productivity and operational efficiency in all related business processes
  • You’ll be key owner of compliance and control on A&I topics
  • You’ll upskill, guide and transmit knowledge on the topic in the division via implementing the learning agenda for the wider advocacy and influence, communications, sales, digital, marketing, and business partner teams
  • You’ll facilitate the creation and sharing of best practices

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

  • Minimum 5 years of experience for Lead and 7 years of experience for Manager role in digital communications, influencer management, content production and content marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Consumer-centric point of view
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
