ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR INTRAGROUP

Here is the role you will have to play in this team:

• Oversees the activities of the Intragroup Accounting team at the Shared Services Department and participates in committees when necessary. 
• Supervises and contributes to HR monitoring (workload, leave and back-up) and ensures development (recruitment and replacements, training, evolutions and mobilities… ) of its team.
• Responsible for IntraGroup Accounting KPIs and proposes corrective initiatives when necessary.
• Contributes to the definition of continuous improvement initiatives undertaken by the Finance Operational Excellence team (projects, process) and ensures their implementation by the Intragroup Accounting teams.
• Ensures the smooth running of the Intra-Group Accounting activities carried out by its teams:
  • Processing of intra-group invoices and monitoring of associated accounts payable (provision, reconciliation and lettering, regular review)

• Intra-group reporting for Group Consolidation and reconciliation with partner entities
• Intra-group reporting to Taxation: transfer pricing documentation, intra-group P&L transactions
• Specific topics: fees, declarations, etc.
• Production of annual annexes 
• Customer Accounting: monitoring of invoices, reconciliations, provisions, monitoring of the aged balance and recovery of receivables, justification, and documentation of source deductions

• Validates major intra-group reports.
• Works closely with the C&M Director and C&M Interco Flow Manager on Intragroup topics.
• Participates in changes to the functionalities of the invoicing module and in any project related to the Intragroup activity.
• Ensures compliance with applicable procedures, standards and key controls as directed by the Finance Internal Control
• Transmits and ensures the transmission of information concerning intra-group accounting to the relevant interlocutors (General Accounting, Payments Accounting, C&M team…
