A Day in the Life
As a Key Account Manager in our Professional Products Division, you’ll be at the heart of driving business growth and building strong partnerships with salons across Egypt. Reporting to the PPD Salon Channel Manager, you’ll collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other functions to deliver exceptional value to our salon partners.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key salon accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within the salon channel and develop tailored strategies to maximize sales and market share.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and ensure win-win outcomes for both L’Oréal and our salon partners.
- Customer Centricity: Act as a trusted advisor to salons, providing insights, training, and support to help them grow their businesses.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies and drive performance.
We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Have experience in account management, ideally with exposure to the beauty or professional products industry.
- Excel in building relationships and driving results.
- Are a strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
