 About the VIE/International Assignment program :
 
* The VIE program, is available to CITIZENS OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.
*Due to fiscal reasons, applicants must not have worked in Austria before (internship, working student or job)!

So what will you do at L'Oréal DACH?
 
We are looking for a VIE to join our category management team in the Consumer Products Division in Düsseldorf.
 
Category Growth is our engine! That’s why we take the whole category into account. We are a neutral consultant for our internal (marketing, sales) and external partners. Our knowledge is based on a variety of data, analysis and shopper insights to ensure good advice for category growth.
 
 What do you expect:
 
* Analysis of all relevant data, shopper and consumer insights to derive proper actions 
for category growth for our external partners and internal stakeholders. 
* Update of market and category performance reports 
* Cooperation of multifunctional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Consumer Research department) and participation in Go-to-market-Meetings
* Support of strategic projects for category growth with our clients
* Preparation and support of strategic meetings with our clients and ad hoc analysis.
