CONTEXT:
Join the strategic CSR program of the L’Oréal Group, “L’Oréal For the Future” (L4TF), which engages strategic suppliers across sourcing domains and global zones. Our commitments are numerous and inspiring: decarbonization, biodiversity, resource management, social impact, water preservation, and much more.

You will be part of the Global Sustainable Sourcing team, supporting engagement, communication, and upskilling initiatives. Your responsibilities will include creating educational content, managing projects related to events and training, and collaborating with experts on our strategic programs. You will work in an international environment, interacting with sourcing teams, a network of relays across global zones, and our strategic suppliers.


MAIN MISSIONS:
 As a Junior Sourcing Apprentice, you will contribute to the structuration of the Sustainable Sourcing Engagement program and animate its associated projects. Your responsibilities will include:


  1. Managing projects within the Sustainable Sourcing Engagement program:
    • Anticipate and structure projects;
    • Develop and maintain planning;
    • Manage communication and stakeholder relationships;
    • Ensure the delivery of content and events.
      Examples of projects: digital platforms, events, challenges, conferences, webinars, organized with or for sourcing teams, L’Oréal strategic suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  2. Creating and editing content:
    • Produce creative and educational content on sustainability priorities such as decarbonization, nature and water management, regenerative agriculture, human rights, etc., in collaboration with our experts.
  3. Working in an international environment:
    • Collaborate with global zones, sourcing domains, L’Oréal experts, and strategic suppliers.
  4. Coordinating the Network of Excellence:
    • Update the global calendar of sustainable sourcing events;
    • Draft engagement guidelines;
    • Share feedback and best practices.
  5. Managing digital platforms and collaborative spaces:
    • Ensure content updates;
    • Manage the user community;
    • Maintain the relationship with the platform editor (YUMANA).
  6. Participating in collaborative workshops:
    • Actively contribute to workshops organized within the team.


PROFILE REQUIRED:
 We are looking for a motivated and passionate student who is eager to contribute to sustainability and communication challenges.

Skills and qualities expected:

  • Student in engineering or business school with a specialization in Sourcing or Sustainability.
  • Strong interest in sustainability and communication.
  • Ability to manage projects with multicultural stakeholders.
  • Curious and proactive mindset.
  • Communication skills:
    • Impactful: Ability to simplify complex messages and make them actionable.
    • Collaborative: Ability to connect people and foster cooperation.
  • Fluent in English.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

A 30-minute interview with a recruiter will allow you to present your personality and explore the opportunities that match your profile.
