Starting date between March-April 2023 for 18 months program within the HR Team in Milan, Italy. 


Work in a duo to recruit early careers talents and bet on potential to build the future of the company 
- Attract, identify, and develop around 120 young talents in adherence with values and ethics  
- Coordinate the recruitment process ensuring a bold and memorable candidate experience 

- Participate in the definition of requirements with managers and animate upskilling programs  

- Develop and promote L’Oréal's employer brand by representing the company at various events  

- Create content for early careers talent target and leverage our EVP campaigns O+O 


HR Business Partner Internship Program & Talent Management 

- Contribute to co-create and animate the early careers talents community  

- Monitoring end-internship interviews and sharing feedback with managers and interns 

- Build the talent list for junior positions and job conversion  

- Invest in the internship program learning plan for engagement and enablement 

- Follow-up internship budget, activation, and business planning 


L’Oréal Brandstorm Project Manager 
- Define the business game strategy to position L’Oréal as a top employer for students in Italy 

- Activate the challenge Brandstorm business game in the Italian campus ecosystem 

- Organize National Finals with senior leaders to choose the winning team 

- Develop and implement digital content strategies and social media plan to promote the contest 


Borderless Talents Project Lead 
- Coordinate team’s investments to recruit international profiles diversity and consolidate results  

- Propose and develop new digital solutions & contents to source and attract talents outside of Italy 
- Build, run and monitor paid media campaigns on our digital channels (LinkedIn, Careers, Glassdoor...) 

- Manage global relationships with talent platforms and strategic job boards

Ideal Requirements 

- If you speak (a bit) Italian, it would be easier for you to be successful  

- Fluent in English is mandatory as the team is international and it’s our collaborative language 

- Whatever your educational background, a previous experience in recruiting or HR is a plus 

- Fast & furious spirit and taste for people
