We are looking for international talent to go on VIE/International Assignment in Vienna, Austria!
About the VIE/International Assignment program :
- The VIE program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.
- Please note that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking team members at L'Oréal worldwide.

So what will you do at L'Oréal DACH?
We are looking for a VIE in Brand Activation to join the Marketing Team of the Consumer Product Division in the Austrian Market to collaborate on the following projects:
- Supporting our product managers in managing our skin and hair care Consumer Products Division brands on the Austrian market;
- Creating presentations of new products, organize training sessions, coordinate and adapt advertising materials, and conduct ongoing analyses to see how our products are developing;
- Supporting the Merchandising and POS Activation for Make-up brands: L'Oréal Paris, NYX Make-Up, Maybelline New York, Essie;
- Supporting the Marketing and Trade Activation for Hair/Skincare brands:L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, Mixa;
- Being responsible for your own projects and gain a comprehensive insight into the world of a leading FMCG group.

About you:
- University degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Marketing;
- Previous internship experience in Marketing or Trade or Digital Marketing;
- Entrepreneurial thinking and business sense;
- Experience in managing complex tasks, possibly also at short notice, as well as strength in setting priorities and project management;
- Quick comprehension, high solution orientation and enthusiasm;
- Team player, communication talent and very good English language skills;
- Good command of German language (B1 Level)
