Join our Supply Chain team in the capacity of a Supply Project Manager

L’Oréal Libramont factory (Belgium) is the group’s first carbon neutral factory in 2009, declared a Waterloop factory since January 2019, it’s one of the group’s 40 industrial entities, specializing in hair coloring and care. It is recognized as a pilot site for many innovative projects.

EACH DAY AS PART OF THIS TEAM, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

The main objective of this position is to support the Supply Chain team in a context of continuous improvement and transition to a new information system for which the Libramont plant as a pilot within the L’Oréal Group.

HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT:

  • Analysis and optimization of Supply processes across the different businesses
  • Monitoring of the life cycles of our products (design, launch, peak, end of range). Participate in the updating of the reference databases, artworks, in coordination with the agencies, the countries of the European zone and the suppliers (Management of the Master Data & Artwork) in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Supply management: Packaging items and raw materials in times of stress by proceeding by securing and permanent monitoring of supply methods, storage volumes.
  • Analysis of reconciliations of data flows and physical flows
  • Development of IT tools (Power BI) to manage the activity: supply tension and continuous improvement of existing Dashboards
  • Formalization and updating of Supply processes as part of ISO certification
  • Support / deployment and training of teams in the transformation of Information Systems on a Group-wide project (Pilot)

THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

HARD SKILLS:

Experience and skills in project management, ERP, IT systems / tools, change management are highly valued

Fluency in French, English or another language would be a plus

Communicative, you are rigorous, flexible and have a great capacity for analysis

SOFT SKILLS:

Comfortable in an international environment

Understanding of priority issues and capacity for quick adaptation as they evolve

Certain agility in adapting one's speech according to the interlocutor and the strategic level

Capable of challenging the status quo and using company data in a continuous improvement process

Junior profile or with 2/3 years of experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing
