About us:

Poland has been home to one of the largest L'Oréal factories globally for 26 years, measured by the volume of products manufactured. Presently, the L'Oréal Warsaw Plant annually produces nearly 400 million cosmetics, including shampoos, body lotions, tonics, micellar water, deodorants, and hair dyes. These cosmetics, manufactured in close proximity to Warsaw, are distributed to consumers worldwide. With its significant scale, distinctive profile, and advanced technological solutions, the L'Oréal Warsaw Plant stands as one of the Group's paramount production facilities.


Position and mission:

  • Join a dynamic team working on exciting projects, providing an opportunity to showcase both your technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Assist the local project team throughout all project stages: from design and implementation to the commissioning phase at the production site.
  • Participate in project management by taking responsibility for organizational and technical aspects under the guidance of the project manager: measurements, proposing design/layout for the line, data collection, equipment documentation, liaising with suppliers, organizing tests, overseeing contractors' work on-site, and contributing to the production ramp-up.
  • Support the implementation of a conceptual framework for lean practices in the manufacturing ramp-up process.
  • Attend project meetings and collaborate with production departments on the project's scope.

  • Possess a recognized qualification (Master's degree) in Engineering (e.g., Project Management, Engineering Management, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering).
  • First experience in a production plant.
  • Valued experience in project management of new installations/equipment across all phases: design, implementation, and commissioning.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office for analysis and presentation preparation.
  • Familiarity with GstarCAD and Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Knowledge of MS Project is an additional advantage.
  • English language skills at a minimum of B2 level. We do not require knowledge of the Polish language.
  • Possess analytical thinking skills.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with the project manager and stakeholders, requiring openness, creativity, organizational ability, accuracy, and conscientiousness.
  • Proactivity and a flexible approach to problem-solving and planning in a variable work environment.
  • Independence and a can-do attitude.
  • Positive attitude – for us, a good atmosphere in the workplace is crucial.
