[Stylenanda/3CE] Int'l Key Account Manager
JOB SUMMARY & CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Drive the strategy and business relationship with international customers at a global level.
- Coordinate local teams and monitor the achievement of turnover as well as major indicators
- (Sell in/sell-out, stock in trade, gross to net, trade margin)
- Within the context of the Division policy on international contracts, negotiate international contracts and ensure that counterparties are put in place; ensure the business dynamic of the international agreement
- Build a strong network with the customer to develop the Division's capacity to influence and accelerate performance.
- Coordinate the multifunctional team and put them in touch with their contacts at the customer.
- Lead the implementation of actions related to change management and the transfer and development of skills and promote the exchange of best practices between different countries.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: University graduate
- Years of experience: +3~6 years of Int'l sales / KAM experience
- Specific Career Experience
- Professional expertise in cosmetic overseas sales
- Establish and implement sales strategies
- Manage and analyze sales KPI
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Other Skills: Proficient with MS Office
