Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Change Management – NEO PD Remediation 

Division: CORP SC - NAFS 

Location: Clark, NJ or in a L’USA or SalonCentric Distribution Center 

Reports To: AVP, ODES NEO Remediation

What You Will Do: 

Responsible for the change management of the NEO Remediation (3PL & ODES) of Physical Distribution. The change manager is a member of the zone NEO PD Remediation team. He/she will be the referent for change and in charge of the successful network wide change, by developing and applying the change strategy for the remediation project. This role will work closely with the NEO Adoption team and the ODES4NEO remediation LBOs representing each distribution site.  

 

Key Job Accountabilities:  

Specific Accountabilities:  

  • Develop, Localize, and Implement the training and change management strategy for the remediation of NEO at our sites and 3PLs
  • Create templates and standardization of tools and documentation
  • Ensure development of timeline and milestone deliverables for each site
  • Facilitate change management culture in LBO, LKU and SME community within OPS
  • Integrate NEO remediation materials into the Supply Chain Learning tools. 
  • Ensure alignment and inclusion of cross functional stakeholders (outside of the DC sites) in change management process/trainings/etc.
  • Coordinate tracking enrollments and attendance, organizing agendas and training materials 
  • Ensure all training materials are integrated in KWIK and or other applicable systems for utilization by power/end users/new hires/other including digital learning content
  • Ensure all courses and sessions and attendance are captured OneProfile
  • Ensure the program materials/content/presentations are regularly validated and updated 
  • Manage and perform learning effectiveness evaluations to ensure effective learning transfer, track and report on results 
  • When appropriate, acts as a "Train the trainer" to ensure smooth execution of training to end users
  • Interacts with Business Experts (BEs), Local Key Users (LKUs), and divisional / local business owners (LBOs) to develop documentation and training materials
  • Leverages and propagates the changes management tools and processes from the Remediation tool kits and NEO Adoption teams
  • Supports creation and modification of RACIs
  • Ensures animation of local teams around change management strategy
  • Supports the implementation of physical distribution local adaptations.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For: 

  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant business experience within Manufacturing or Supply Chain
    • Prior change management responsibilities preferred
  • ERP/WMS/LMS experience preferred [SAP & MANH]
  • Prosci or other Change Management certification a plus
  • Must have excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills to effectively manage and coordinate simultaneous projects.
  • Must have strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills. 
  • Must have the ability to handle fast-paced environment and to multitask with good judgment 
  • Must be a team player able to contribute to common objectives and motivate others to do the same
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
  • Travel up to 25% during peak periods to support the execution of PD remediation training and change management activities
