Your responsibilities:
- Manage the processes associated with the Plan, Budget, and Trends in your area of activity: assess the major objectives, analyze and arbitrate with members of the management committee, and report to Senior Management.
- Implement processes, Group systems, and procedures to guarantee the coherence, relevance, and reliability of management information flows and financial flows in line with the Group's Standards.
- Ensure that the procedures and good practices pertaining to Internal Control are applied and respected.
- Draw attention to risks and opportunities and optimize solutions for the Management Committee.
- Supervise the drafting of monthly reports.
- Developing own team.
Requirements:
- Fluent English.
- 5-10 years of experience in the finance field and experience as a Financial Controller within the FMCG sector.
- Experience in managing own team.
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting and understand the dynamics of the work in a big international company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Result-oriented, ambitious, energetic & taking great ownership professional.
- Excellent organizational & communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and manage complexity.
- Great team player and open-minded person able to defend your point of view.
- Proficiency in MS Office & having a broad understanding of SAP would be an asset.
