SEARCH MANAGER
Do you possess a strategic mind and a data-driven approach to conquer the ever-evolving digital landscape? We are on the look out for a new Search Manager to join our Dermatological Beauty Division. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the paid search strategy across an eco-system of platform and drive our direct-to-consumer website and ecommerce.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
· Lead in the planning, development, and execution of always on paid search strategy across Google, Amazon and key ECOM retailers.
· Manage and own performance media & search budgets and briefs for all paid search channels (including Google, Criteo, Amazon, YouTube etc) to accelerate our DTC & Retail revenue and 1P acquisition targets
· Scope & implemented a search strategy search to grow site traffic and improve the performance & conversion and cost per engagement of that traffic.
· Work closely with our agency partner to ensure best in class activation of the always on campaigns for google paid search and retailer paid strategy.
· Use analytics Google Analytics, SA360, Google Ads, Pacvue, Criteo & Citrus platforms and work closely with our agency partners, to analyse performance turning insight into action to drive performance.
· Leverage consumer search trends as an insights channel to drive and inform wider marketing plans.
· Identify and seize new platform opportunities to leverage search as an opportunity to reach, engage and recruit new consumers.
· Be an extension of the brand and ECOM teams to ensure that all search copy and online activations effectively reflect the brand and ECOM priorities
· Ownership of paid search performance and reporting, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and market share, and analysing data to identify consumer trends.
· Drive forward the centralised total search (Paid & Organic) strategy in partnership with the organic search lead for the division.
· Partner and build a close relationship with the digital, marketing, commercial and central CDMO teams to ensure the execution of holistic media plans aligned to KPI and golden rules
· Foster an innovation mindset to identify and execute quarterly search innovation briefs & tests across the brands including testing new search formats across a variety of objectives, constantly seeking to innovate through optimisation or new technologies.
WHO YOU ARE
· Search campaign management experience is essential
· Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Ads.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously
· Strong ability to analyse and interpret data to turn insight into action.
· Ability to build good relationships, whilst collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and external agencies
· Agility to adjust to new priorities, effectively manage your own time and ensuring follow up actions are completed
· Strategic and creative thinker with an eye campaign management for trends
· Passionate about skincare
