JOB TITLE: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and manage the key retail accounts within their area for a specific product portfolio
- Build strong relationships with store managers and conduct product detailing to increase knowledge and awareness & drive the sell-out
- Achieve the sales targets, qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Monitor sales, identify and propose new business opportunities for the accounts
- Propose new product listings, space increase and promotions within accounts
- Monitor and report share of shelf of the brands, assortments, positioning of the brand, ensure the implementation of the contract
- Monitor out of stock/ low stock and raise appropriate order for the outlet
- Ensure a full coverage of the market through regular visits as per journey plan
- Analyze competition and conduct intelligence on the market and report back through the reporting system

KEY EXPERIENCE
- FMCG field experience of 1-3 years at least in UAE; preferably with one of the big distributors, managing key accounts & responsible of achieving sales targets
- UAE Driving license
