A Day in the Life

As a Regional Medical Manager, you will be at the forefront of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty's medical engagement strategy. Reporting to the [Reporting Manager Title], you will lead and manage a team of medical representatives, fostering a culture of scientific excellence. This role blends strategic planning with field execution, driving product understanding and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You will collaborate closely with marketing, medical relations, and sales teams.

• Medical Field Team Leadership: Implement regional medical strategy, manage and coach medical representatives, execute action plans, organize HCP events, analyse data, and optimize resource allocation.
• Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop your team, providing training and feedback to maximize their potential and achieve objectives.
• KOL Engagement: Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and institutional partners, coordinating congress participation.
• Headquarters Collaboration: Ensure competitive monitoring, provide feedback to headquarters, and ensure adherence to ethical standards in HCP interactions.

We Are Looking For

A dynamic and scientifically driven leader with a passion for dermatological beauty and a proven track record in medical field management. The ideal candidate will possess:

• BCom degree and \ or equivalent qualification 
• Proven experience in a medical liaison or related role.
