WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work in collaboration with all Supply Chain Operation teams (planning, customer care, logistics etc.) to build & execute supply chain systems masterplan
• Work in collaboration with regional operations team to implement global & regional systems and roll-out relevant projects/solutions in Loreal Türkiye Operations team
• Evaluate & Execute projects to enhance supply chain operations with continuous improvement mindset in collaboration with IT
• Organizes and conducts meetings in order to persuade, motivate and unite internal and external stakeholders to make decisions. 
• Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data
• Adopt regional data visibility & analysis solutions if available, develop local data solutions as per operational department needs (e.g. PowerBI dashboards) and train operations team for the best utilization of solutions
• Ensure systems know-how and capability across Operations organization
• Implement the necessary improvements for activities in operations in order to maximize customer experience in an agile way. 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• 4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
• 2-3 years of experience in related job assignment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaboration skills to translate business needs into system solutions & manage projects with all stakeholders
• Strong understanding of data processes, strategies, and supply chain needs
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications, preferably SQL Language, Knime and DAX and Power BI experience
• Preferable knowledge of Data Mapping and Data Mining experience and the ability to follows process and standard procedures
