Product Manager

Now we are looking for the right profile for Product Manager role!
You will…
- Own the delivery of brand media plan (TV, Press, OOH, Digital, Partnerships etc.) in collaboration with partner agencies including media assets
- Build corresponding Strategy for products & categories
- Define the annual launch plan and hallmark opportunities leading to consumer recruitment and loyalty
- Own the responsibility of forecasting for new launches, working closely with Demand Planning
- Create and manage the delivery of product artworks, liaising with Zone, DMI and Legal & Brief the Offline & Online Activation team and Brand Engagement team
- Share knowledge with the team, to deliver Internal Buzz for launches & update the team on Results (Sell out tracking)
- Analyze performance, tracking ROI and working closely with finance on the profitability of products range
- Participate in key meetings to present launches such as Monthly Commercial Meetings, new commers’ inductions, etc.
- Support your team in building strategic presentations such as Zone and Budget
- Connect with Zones & DMI to leverage consumers insights & products portfolio
- Competition monitoring

- 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty sector or the FMCG industry
- Digital savvy
- Expertise in beauty will be an asset
- You can easily navigate from a detailed to a topline view
- You have excellent communication & collaboration skills
- You are both creative and an experienced Excel-user who likes to work with numbers
- You have excellent presentation skills
- You are detail oriented and organized in your daily work
- You are fluent in both Greek & English
