Then you must be the star that we are looking for – the Key Account Manager for L’Oréal CPD, FOOD Indirect Channel!

 

 

When taking on a career in CPD with L’Oréal Polska, you will get ownership of our commercial business partners. You will have the responsibility for the important part of our business and you will be reporting to the Indirect Channel Manager. 

When being responsible for your own customer we expect different things from you. We expect that you succeed in:

  • Analyzing local market, key players and set up CPD Business Plan for CPD
  • Creating and executing the strategy for local&regional, food&drug chain channel
  • Negotiating and aligning joint business plans with our business partners
  • Client’s P&L management. Negotiations of commercial terms within the established budgets. Managing the budget for the entire channel of local&regional chains.
  • Establishing and implementing annual plans in line with the Division’s strategy
  • Coordination of operational activities related to the listing of new products etc.
  • Addressing the challenges related to key account management and business trends and needs: finding best practices in the market, exploring knowledge about client’s behavior, monitoring competing brands
  • Building effective relationships with the Field Key Accounts Team
  • Cooperation with marketing, demand planning, business development and other teams

 

What are we looking for?

If you are the right match for the position, you have experience (min 3 years) in commercial role within international company. Furthermore, you:

  • Are skilled negotiator with strong strategic approach
  • Are used to work on Clients’ P&L
  • Are experienced with local&regional chains channel
  • Are familiar with newest trends and have ability to predict them
  • Are analytical, result oriented and very experienced with Excel and Power Point
  • Are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills
  • Are good planner with excellent project management skills
  • Are fluent in Polish and English
