As Online&Offline Activation Manager you will:
- Lead implementation and execution of National Activations Calendar – including promo actions & launches in omnichannel
- Develop a Customized Action Plan for the top KA, based on the LDB brands strategy and National priorities, translating them into O+O execution
- Place consumer insights at the heart of the marketing to improve our online + offline consumer journey/ path to purchase and develop new initiatives ( being part of JBPs) to drive online purchases and consumer experience
- Contribute to the process of annual planning of units&values building blocks
- Support marketing to develop innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience for offline & online touchpoints
- Build and execute plan of dermocategory markers deployment
- Actively input into Dermocosmetics Categories vision development & ambition in line with marketing strategy & translate into channel strategies accompanied with activation plans
- Develop & stimulate excellence in execution of in-store standards
- Driving shopper experience online & offline
- Manage budget for content preparation, lead generation, R&R, database activation given by the brand
- Create activation strategy for dermocosmetics category (incl Multidiv Festivals)
You're a perfect match if you have:
- Proven experience as activation manager, trade marketing manager or sales ideally in pharmaceutical or FMCG environment
- Proven track record in Trade & commercial role in international companies
- Exemplary team leader with significant sense of ownership
- Strong project management abilities
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management & prioritisation
- Knowledge of e-commerce, digital media & following latest digital trends (not mandatory, but a huge advantage)
- Experience in merchandising or catman department (not mandatory, but a huge advantage)
- University degree
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish
