Decode market trends by category, by benefit, by product type / by innovation themes through quantitative sizing or assessment to enlighten the R&I vision in North Asian hubs.
Provide the 360° Regional Competition Analysis (excluding tech) of North Asia (China, Japan, South Korea) on market segmentation, leading companies and brands,
Contribute or co-lead to the global deep dive market analysis on categories led by R&I North Asia, in close cooperation with the central Market Insight team to provide a consolidated view of the global market, including STM / Scalp / Lip DA by region.
Accelerate the market data culture
Construct and communicate concise messages for internal clients, enable their integration in key decisions in a very sharp and visual way.
Empower data capability of China R&I and NA DI team: enable partners to be more autonomous by facilitating the access to market data and tools in a centralized and structured place (sharepoint).
Being one voice with local business / BI team: synthesize and consolidate market / category data by maximizing production from business BI team in NA. Design data methodology / approach to ensure data graduality and sufficiency and consistency to meet needs of DI / R&I NA.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. Master’s degree a plus.
- 6+ years of relevant market insight / innovation market experience
- Has a genuine interest & curiosity for beauty with a forward-thinking mindset (technology & science), to help the team invent products and solutions of tomorrow.
- Capability in terms of data visualization to be more impactful in the way to communicate.
- Experience of data insights in Nielsen / Kantar or in FMCG is preferred and in beauty industry is a plus
